A: The ID badge is issued to the employee, so it is known what equipment the employee is operating. The inspection tag identifies the asset.
Q: How well do the inspection tags adhere to the equipment?
A: None of our clients have ever reported an inspection tag coming since the design in 2018.
Q: You advertise an 85-db. alarm. How does it work?
A: The alarm sounds if the asset has been started without an inspection. Once the inspection is done, the alarm turns off.
Q: Why does the APP need to be used?
A: The APP acts as a communications hub that transfers Data from the asset to the Dashboard.
Q: Is there a cost to purchase or use the APP?
A: The APP is 100% free.
Q: What does real-time mean?
A: Real-Time means that 60 seconds after the inspection has been completed the Dashboard is updated and the Data is able to be seen anywhere in the world.

A: All Data is stored within a tier-three data center that has penetration tests quarterly at a minimum. A tier-four Data center is in the works, which is what the military requires.

A: The manufacturer says the NFC chip inside the tag is good for at least 1 million scans.
Q: How close does the phone need to be to make a scan?
A: The technology is the same as when you pay a bill with your phone. It will depend on the quality of the NFC reader within the phone itself. Somewhere between ¼” to 1” or 6.35mm to 25.4 mm.
Q: What are the temperatures that the system will operate in?
A: They have operated in -40°C to +54.4°C or -40°F to 130°F. We have not tested in any colder or hotter temps.
Q: How durable are the NFC chips inside the inspection tags?
A: The manufacturer stuck an NFC chip on a hand drill and let it bounce around for 4 hours in a cement mixer and the NFC chip still scanned fine.
Q: Are there any annual fees or costs for how many employees are using the system?
A: Yes, there are Data fees. The cost depends on how much Data you are looking to collect. There are no extra costs per added employee. You can have as many employees as you like.
